My Name Is Debra Duque. I started White
Glove Carpet Care LLC October 2008. I got the idea after hiring a
local franchise to clean 3,000 sq ft of carpet in my 6,500 sq ft
home. I was very disappointed. They finished in less than 4 hours.
It takes my house-keeper longer than that to vacuum. When I pointed
out the carpet wasn’t clean they said that was as good as it was
going to get and refused to spend any more time on it. They promised
the carpet would dry in two hours, it took two days. I paid them (a
lot) and felt like I had been hustled.
After this experience I found myself asking everybody I came in
contact with the same two questions; had they ever hired a carpet
cleaning company? and would they refer them to a friend? I was
surprised to hear that without exception everybody had and nobody
would.
White Glove Carpet Care LLC was designed to offer a level of service
that seems hard to find in this industry. My girls have the
dedication and eye for detail discerning clients appreciate enough
to refer to their friends and family. |
