Before the carpet cleaning my carpet was dirty and dreary. From the looks of it I truly felt it was unsalvageable. When I went from downstairs to upstairs every room became more of an eyesore. I have never experienced such professional care with my cleaning. All of the steps have restored my carpet to what looks like new and my carpet was horrible with pet odor and stains. The staff was competent and I will recommend them to my family and friends in the future. The machine the use really makes a difference in cleaning your carpet the right way, not just soaking the carpet with water.

Outstanding… Services delivered were exactly as described and the results are beautiful. The equipment used is not the traditional wand style and left very little water in the carpets, they were completely dry the next day. The crew was very friendly and careful about moving furniture.
